Sparky the Sea Lion

I created Sparky the Sea Lion to help communicate the new energy efficient upgrades the Adelaide city council had made to the Adelaide Aquatic centre.
Sparky lets children and adults know how the can help save energy at home too. He is about saving water and helping the environment.
